United StatesI have been using the bag in the small configuration mostly and it is great. It's nice to have the other sizes when needed. The construction seems to be very durable as well. Highly recommended for the versatility.

We have had the bag for about two years and part of the zipper broke, I contacted customer service and they send out a new one without hesitation! No hassle just great customer service. United StatesThis bag was extremely useful on a trip to Japan that I took in 2019. I loaned the bag to my parents for a trip to New Zealand, where they unfortunately lost the backpack straps. I contacted Piorama to ask about replacement straps and they were extremely responsive and helpful. I love that the interior is a light color, so items stand out against the background. It is small and lightweight when fully collapsed, but durable. The backback straps are relatively comfortable, and in backpack form, this bag complements a wheeled suitcase great. By the time we left Japan, it had expanded to include as many souvenirs as we felt like carrying. I look forward to future trips where I can use this versatile bag to bring home travel tokens.
United StatesThis is my 3rd A10; bought it for my car ! The first two have done such a great jog that I wanted the same flexibility, quality and versatility for my car's carryall. Being a DV, I have to carry a walker and other paraphernalia constantly. The heavier A10 should be up to the job & it's a perfect color match for my gunmetal suv.
