Used it on a 7 day cruise to Bermuda. It really shined going through customs etc. the backpack straps made life so easy transitioning from bus to ship with multiple large suitcases. Although I didn’t end up needing to expand the bag, it was nice to have the option. My only minor complaint is the bottom attachment points are very close together which is a bit awkward and uncomfortable compared to a traditional backpack. If the lower attachment points were on the side of the bag as well, it would be a perfect all around perfect travel bag. The general construction is fantastic and look forward to many more upcoming adventures with it:) PS…I’d love to see a smaller model version for edc/day trips.

I was over the moon when this bag first came out and without hesitation, I purchased it in 2018. As a frequent traveler, I am often on the lookout for quality travel bags that also have some style. It was the matching zippers, that chic military look, and obviously the convenience of the various sizes. I find the backpack form to be a bit awkward, so I don't use those particular straps. However, the duffel bag has worked really well for me. With my first bag, after several months, the zipper to the main compartment began to malfunction. I reached out to the company, but no response. I wanted to write this review to rectify a former review I'd written (couldn't find the latter), but the company responded shortly afterward, apologized as they didn't receive my messages, and promptly sent me a brand new bag. Four years later and I am still using this thing. It's durable as heck and has been so useful for both weekend trips and well, for just moving lots of things. And, since space is such a limited resource living in a city, I love how it packs up into a compact size for storage. I couldn't be happier with this product, the use I've gotten out of it over the years, and how it still looks new after I wipe it down, and how the company has stand by their product and responded to their consumers ... I backed the A10 when it was first on kickstarter and been using it ever since on all occasions. Since I am now married and have a small child, the A10 alone won’t do for travels anymore. So I bought a second one. Love this bag! ❤️� Only thing that happens after years of usage: the zipper seems to give in in some regions. Probably due to overpacking since I only had one A10…

Best bags for travel! I absolutely love these bags, back on kickstarter years ago. High quality lasted 4+ years before the zip broke so bought 2 more! I even used it as check-in. Still waiting for the B3 version 2.0
