All international shipments are sent with prepaid duties and taxes — no surprise fees on delivery.

Processing Times
Orders placed Monday to Friday before 10 AM (PST) are processed the same day.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Once your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number via email.

This means you won’t need to pay anything extra to receive your package — no customs fees, no paperwork, no hassle.

Your order is also pre-cleared through customs, ensuring a smoother delivery experience.

Rare Exceptions
In rare cases where customs regulations change or local authorities request additional action, please note:

1. Import fees may still apply in limited situations based on your country’s laws. These are the buyer’s responsibility.
2. If you refuse delivery due to duties/taxes, we will deduct our shipping & fulfillment costs from your refund once the return is received.
3. If the return shipment is not received, no refund will be issued.
4. Some local post offices may require you to arrange delivery or pickup. Please make reasonable efforts to complete this process.
