At Piorama, we design every product to stand the test of time—both in function and form. That’s why all of our products are now backed by a lifetime warranty. We believe in making gear that doesn’t just work well—it works for life.

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product under normal use. It does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, neglect, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized modifications.

Exclusions:
Products purchased at heavily discounted prices or received as complimentary gifts are not eligible for lifetime coverage and follow their own specific terms.

Replacements:
 If your product can’t be repaired and the exact model is no longer available, we’ll offer a comparable replacement of equal value and style.

RETURNS

For orders placed on our webshop, returns can be processed within 14 days of receiving the delivery.  We only accept products in new conditions with original tags. If the product is used or damaged we reserve the rights to reject the return. Please email hello@piorama.co to schedule a return. The client is responsible for paying for the return shipment.
