All Piorama products have a 3 year limited warranty on material and workmanship. If an issue with a product arises within this time, we will replace, refund or repair the item free of charge. This warranty covers the bag in its entirety excluding lining. It also does not cover abuse, unusual use or damage otherwise caused by the customer outside of normal wear and tear.

In case of replacement, Piorama cannot guarantee that you will receive the same model again.

If your model is not available, a similar item of equal value and appearance will be provided. If you wish to submit a warranty request, please contact hello@piorama.co. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims. 


For orders placed on our webshop, returns can be processed within 14 days of receiving the delivery.  We only accept products in new conditions with original tags. If the product is used or damaged we reserve the rights to reject the return. Please email hello@piorama.co to schedule a return.

For international orders, client is responsible for paying for the return shipment.
